The LP Monday Poetry Prompt has taken me down the rabbit hole. I wrote a version of a poem for it then decided to write a blog post. That was hours ago. You see, I needed to look up lyrics to “I Am the Walrus” by the Beatles, then I had to find out what the hell the song means, then I had to find a walrus image, check Facebook, check email, take a quiz, check Facebook where I found a page full of memes that are all about my life. Where was I? Oh yeah, following the prompt.
I need a title for this weird little thing.
The fattest bodies move ΜΆ clumsy on land streamlined in water The whale and walrus the sea lion and seals Air and water are fluids We are also aerodynamic I am she as you are she as you are me and we are all together See how they fly I am an egg woman I sizzle!
Now to the quiz. I hate to say this but I missed two. I’m getting rusty. π¦
A whimsical, fun poem! I missed one on the quiz (the single vs double quotation marks). Tricky questions!

Like the poem and the dancing walrus graphic, and I’m not aware of any whales that move around on land unless you count SeaWorld’s former Orca performance when the Killer Whales would glide upon a low platform that protruded into the tank. I missed five of those pesky punctuation questions. Head hung in shame.

Thanks Pat. It’s a weird little poem. Don’t feel bad about the quiz. Punctuation is definitely PESKY!

Fast fat and fluidity. I got 9 of 11 on the quiz. Would have been 10 if I’d realized the line was the blank to be filled in. Duh. π

Yeah, that’s it. Otherwise 100% I say with gentle sarcasm cause it was a bit confusing.

Great work! I think the title is obvious, “Goo Goo G’joob”. I only got 8 of 11 on the quiz.
